1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup coconut oil

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup cranberries
Recipe instruction

2 big pan sheets, cover them with wax paper. Preheat oven 300F.

Preparing dry ingredients

In a big bowl mix oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds and sunflower kernels. Mix them completely.

Preparing wet mix

In a big wok, low heat: Mix coconut oil, maple syrup, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon. Whisk all until there are no more lumps. Remove from the stove and dump all the dry ingredients. Mix together until it is well combined.

Separate the mix in your pans. Spread the mix in your pans creating a thin layer to get a crispy and toasted granola.

Bake approximately for 30 min or when the granola is lightly brown.

Let the pans cool down. When it is ready break the chunks, add the cranberries. Mix them. Store in closed tight containers.
