3 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 cup all purpose flour
10g yeast
3 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup Warm milk (120 - 130 F)
3 tbsp oil
1 1/2 egg
3/8 cup all purpose flour
3 3/4 tsp dough conditioner
Recipe instruction
- Mix whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, yeast, sugar, preservative and salt with the mixer (Stir speed - 2).
- Add milk, egg and oil. Mix for a couple of minutes until is well combined.
- Increase speed between 4 or 5 and mix for 5 more minutes
- OPTIONAL -- Add the seeds combination, combine well.
- On low speed add about 1/4 cup bread flour until dough forms a mass.
- Greased and floured the baking loaf mold 13X5 inches
- Place dough in a warm space, cover and let rest 10 minutes.
- Add flour to your working table to knead the dough, pat the dough to release gases. Fold the corners and form a big roll. Keep kneading until your dough is not sticky.
- Place the dough in the mold with the seems downside. Cover with the towel. Reserve in a warm space until the bread reaches an inch above mold's top (between 45 to 90 minutes).
- Barnish the bread loaf with milk. (OPTIONAL --- add SEEDS).
- Preheat oven 375 Farenheit. Bake between 35 minutes.
- Check that bread has an internal temperature 180 Farenheit.
- Remove bread loaf from pan and cool it completely until you sliced it.
